The Property Management Challenge
Charles Wright of Columbia, South Carolina, spends his days as an impassioned maintenance man for a shopping center in Mount Pleasant set on 72 acres. Having to manage 50 retail stores and 60 contractors is no easy task, and taking care of various needs with efficiency and care can be a daunting task.
Due to his unfailing commitment to his clients, Charles sought a personalized solution to help prevent any missteps that can occur within the complicated process of managing a property of such magnitude.

The Accountable Property Management app was what resulted from Charles’ critical reflection of how he could improve his daily workflow. Accountable has allowed Charles to request quotes from contractors, to store files and keep track of his demanding daily tasks.
