How to login to the Tenant Portal #
As a tenant, you have access to your own portal where you can see shared files, send project requests and send messages directly to your property manager.
Once your administrator gives you access, here’s how to login:
Step 1: Open app #
On your phone or computer, open up a browser and go to https://hub.getaccountableapp.com
Step 2: ‘Login as Tenant’ #
On the login screen, at the bottom, click ‘Login as Tenant’
Step 3: Enter email, send passcode #
On the login screen, enter your email address. Then click ‘Send Passcode’.
An auto-generated passcode will be sent to your email address.
**Note: ask your manager which email address is assigned as the login email
Step 4: Copy passcode #
Check your email for a six-digit auto-generated password that was sent to you. Copy this passcode.
Step 5: Enter passcode, login #
On the ‘Enter Passcode’ screen, paste the code you copied from your email in the text box labeled ‘Enter passcode’.
Next, click ‘Login’ to login to start using your tenant portal account!
