Accountable adds scheduling tools within the mobile-first app
Accountable Property Management announced its maintenance concierge service in August, operating in Charleston, Greenville, Spartanburg and Columbia, South Carolina. Property managers Josh Lowman and Charles Wright will assist with vendor scheduling, emergency maintenance coordination, expense tracking and monthly property inspections.
The service comes as a continuation of Accountable’s services, which include file storage, communication tools and project bidding tools, all of which are accessible from its mobile-first app. Lowman and Wright will travel to the properties of clients to be hands-on with continuous maintenance needs. The managers will address the individual needs of the property and provide individual consulting to improve the efficiency, organization and tenant satisfaction of commercial properties.
Wright said he uses the scheduling tool in the Accountable app daily for his own maintenance needs and intends to use it to help concierge clients.
“I have different tasks for things I’d like to accomplish in 2025,” Wright said. “I have a checklist, and as I get these projects done, I check off the items.”
Amongst other useful tools, Wright said he also makes consistent use of Accountable’s project creation capabilities, where images and vital information can be added and referenced when needed.
“I usually take pictures of the sidewalk so I can send the photos to the contractor and show them exactly what needs to be done,” Wright said.
